Trump had previously posted support for Bolsonaro, calling him a"strong leader" falsely accused.

According to local media, Judge Moraes cited a Sunday incident where Bolsonaro's senator son Flávio put his father on speakerphone at a pro-Bolsonaro rally in Rio de Janeiro, before posting then deleting a video of the exchange. The judge wrote the defendant"deliberately flouted" restrictions, adding:"Justice is blind, but it is not foolish... we will not allow a defendant to make a fool of it."
